Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer complaints or inquiries and notify the store manager as needed.
  • Use payroll system to record time and attendance, and manage schedule exceptions promptly.
  • Assist the store manager with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for daily goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the production area, including receiving and processing donated merchandise.
  • Meet daily productivity goals across commodities and report deficiencies to the store manager.
  • Submit nightly service requests to notify logistics of product needs.
  • Ensure employee compliance with safety, policies, procedures, security, sales, productivity, and record-keeping practices.
  • Assist in interviewing and training employees.
  • Stay updated on recall notices via store email, post on the recall board, and file notices properly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of incident/accident reports.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and time and attendance systems required.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain certification through GIV training.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification through GIV training.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance or accommodations.
