Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our La Marque, TX location. You will help with daily store activities, merchandise organization, and training of Store Associates.

You will ensure a clean, organized store, uphold safety and company policies, and contribute to a positive customer experience while supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or store-management experience preferred.
