Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Retail store management experience in grocery/retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Experience with payroll and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions from customers.
• Organize merchandise and manage stockroom to sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Protect company assets and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged goods; handle payroll/scheduling records.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
