Job Summary

Location: Store #4007 - Texas City, TX. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm. Starting at $15/hour plus bonus. This role involves leasing storage units, managing a team, handling maintenance, supervising projects, and fostering tenant relationships. No night shifts included.

Responsibilities
  • Lease storage units and prepare agreements
  • Handle financial transactions and banking
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services
  • Ensure curb appeal
  • Require reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and background check
  • Perform other duties as assigned
