Job summary

Kundinger is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to provide expert technical product support, assist with order fulfillment, and lead a customer-focused team in a fast-paced store environment.

You will collaborate with store leadership, inside sales, warehouses, and purchasing to ensure accurate orders and optimal inventory levels, while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with hoses, fittings, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for order processing and inventory control.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing store team members.
• Train new employees on products, procedures, hose assembly and customer service standards.
• Provide expert technical support and product applications for hoses, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately for in-store, phone, and counter sales.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and shrinkage control.
