Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing in high-service or high-end retail.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while exceeding sales goals.
• Clear, impactful communication across customers, employees and management.
• Strategic sales skills to optimize store operations and drive growth.
• Customer-centric focus with a passion for service and relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to startup dynamics.
• Genuine enthusiasm for furniture and design on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability with coaching and follow-ups to exceed sales targets.
• Analyze sales reports, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships and support B2B appointments, tours, checkout, and ongoing management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and partner with the Store Manager on culture and ops.
• Ensure compelling store presentation and merchandising with collaboration from corporate and Store Manager.
