The Assistant Store Manager is a key leader supporting the overall success of the store. You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is hands-on and people-focused — you’ll help create a positive, high-performance environment that motivates the team to exceed goals every day.
In the Store Manager’s absence, you’ll take full ownership of the store: from team leadership and zoning to operations, merchandising, and floor execution.
This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., as well as frequent bending, standing, walking, and movement throughout the sales floor.
