Job Description:

Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day store operations, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

  • Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
  • Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees, ensuring operational standards.
  • Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, assist in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations.
  • Maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets.
  • Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and administrative duties adhering to cash control policies.
  • Manage cash procedures, maintain store standards, ensure cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
  • Engage in promotional initiatives and promote high guest service standards.
  • Perform duties as per company policies and any other assigned tasks.
