Spencer's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Friendswood, TX to establish and maintain Guest Services, assist the Store Manager, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction while championing a friendly, high-energy store environment.

You will develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, oversee merchandising and inventory, ensure compliance with company policies, and actively engage in scheduling, coaching, and training to meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• The minimum age requirement is 18.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and merchandising.
• Drive sales and profitability through staff development and shrinkage control.
