Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting role.
• Tobacco/Alcohol certification where applicable within 2 weeks.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and store operations to meet safety and quality standards.
• Interview, hire, train, develop partners and schedule work.
• Review sales, inventory and shrink to improve performance.
• Lead loss prevention and ensure merchandising plans are executed.
