Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in the service industry preferred.
• Ability to develop and train staff, build relationships, and drive results through others.
• Proactive in developing strategies to meet client and internal deadlines.
• Passionate about delivering superior customer service and driving location success.
• Excellent listening, organization, problem solving, and follow-through skills.
• Team player who can work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Proficient with computers and POS systems.
