SmartStop® Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1082 in Sacramento, CA. You will oversee daily operations, lease storage, manage a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining the facility, handling transactions, and coordinating on-site tasks with tenants and staff.

Starting pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with a monthly bonus incentive plan. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and additional voluntary

Responsibilities

Prepare rental agreements and process transactions
Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning
Promote and upsell self-storage solutions to customers
Assist with light maintenance and on-site projects
Maintain knowledge of products and services offered
Background check may be required
Support other duties as assigned by the Company
