Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations: work with Store Manager to grow the business and maximize sales.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: engage with customers via phone, face-to-face, and email.
• Maintain Our Facility: open, operate, and close the office; light maintenance and cleaning.
• Manage Accounts: handle customer accounts, setup, and general admin tasks including debt management.
• Travel Between Locations: occasionally support other stores while maintaining standards.
