Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. in Warren, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #6026). You will handle leasing, supervise a small team, assist with maintenance, and build strong tenant relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm; Sat 9:00am–4:00pm; Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Starting at $16.50/hour plus Bonus. We seek detail-oriented, organized professionals with a can‑do attitude and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
