This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. You will learn how to manage a multi-million-dollar store, develop great teams, and create a welcoming community space. These foundational principles prepare partners for future store management and leadership roles.
Using online learning, classroom training, and mentorship, you will learn to:
