As an Assistant Store Manager at L’Occitane, your mission is to create an environment that offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll orchestrate a symphony of sensations that leaves a lasting impression on everyone who walks through our iconic yellow doors. You will contribute to creating a unique and environmentally conscious shopping experience for customers while upholding our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.

We contribute to the company's waste reduction targets through their support of related in-store initiatives, such as our in-store recycling program, following inventory management guidelines to reduce product waste, and eliminating the purchase of single-use plastics, as well as by promoting our refill products to heat targets.
The pay range for this position is $19.57 - $22.50 (depending on skills and experience)
