As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, maintain inventory and store appearance, and help lead a team of Store Associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, resolving inquiries and concerns positively.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates on company practices.
• Assist with unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and transferring stock.
• Support in ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts.
• Take on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with occasional lifts up to 55 lbs, and perform physical activities like walking, standing, and climbing.
• Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills in customer service, organization, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
