Assistant Store Manager Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary (dependent on industry experience), PLUS Manager Commissions/Bonus (on average $20k), plus Superannuation!

About the position

We are seeking a Assistant Store Manager to lead our Carousel Store who are passionate about sales! Must have a passion for superior jewellery and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates will possess:

• Jewellery knowledge
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs (desirable)
• Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset
• Ability to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
• Ability to cater to each client’s needs with expert guidance and product knowledge
• Ability to mentor, guide, develop, and train team members
• Sound computer skills, including internet, POS, and spreadsheets
• Confident and outgoing personality with a professional appearance
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous

This full-time position is based at our Carousel showroom. Applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and late nights (Thursdays).
