AKIRA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Houston to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure a world-class customer experience. The role emphasizes ownership, coaching, and talent development to uphold AKIRA’s standards.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff while maintaining boutique visuals, merchandising, and policy compliance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, with some exposure to leadership or management.
