Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
  2. Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
  3. Provide consistent, documented appraisals of sales performance and give feedback to associates, aligning with company goals.
  4. Adhere to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  5. Maintain a professional appearance according to the company dress code.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Act as Store Manager on duty in their absence, handling scheduling, customer complaints, and store operations.
  2. Manage store associates through training, goal setting, and follow-up.
  3. Handle disciplinary actions as needed.
  4. Participate in recruiting, training, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and minimize loss.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to operate relevant software.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits

Assistant store managers earn 15% - 35% above minimum wage, based on experience, with additional bonuses and discounts. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including PTO, health, vision, dental, and 401(k).
