General Description

Generate sales by providing excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding company objectives. Support sales performance evaluation through documented feedback, and adhere to visual merchandising standards and professional appearance policies.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Control Expenses: Protect company assets, assist in scheduling, manage inventory accurately, perform product counts, and follow proper documentation procedures.

Additional Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise Associates: Act as Store Manager on duty when needed, manage staff through training and goal setting, handle disciplinary actions, assist in recruiting and training, ensure policy compliance, and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and minimize loss.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operation and software use.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work overhead, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently.
