Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in fast-paced retail.
• Must be willing and able to commute within a 30–50 mile radius for promotion.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines and brand standards.
• Analyze business trends using available reporting and take appropriate action.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team aligned with company values.
• Maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training.
• Plan and execute daily tasks and staffing in coordination with Store Manager.
