Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager in New Ulm, MN to support store operations and staff leadership. You will assist with hiring, scheduling, and merchandising while upholding high standards of service, accuracy, and safety.

Regular onsite attendance and a positive leadership presence are essential. Ideal candidates will have retail or supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage cash handling and daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills beneficial.
• Experience handling food preferred.
• High School/College degree(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help hire, supervise and coordinate staff to complete daily tasks.
• Manage bookkeeping and merchandising to maintain standards.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and regular onsite attendance.
• Support the food program and lead by example.
