Qualifications

2-4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Store Manager with daily operations and step into the manager role when needed.
Greet customers, assist with purchases, resolve issues professionally.
Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
