Peet’s Coffee is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This developmental role offers exposure to store leadership, coaching, and performance management.

The pay scale is $28.00-$31.00 per hour, annualizing to about $58,240-$64,480 for a 40-hour week, with potential raises based on performance. The position includes a tuition scholarship opportunity with Oregon State University E Campus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in service, food, or related industry.
• Open availability and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals.
• Lead and coach team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and staffing coverage.
• Oversee daily coffeebar operations, inventory, cash handling and safety compliance.
