Responsibilities include driving customer outreach, account management, risk assessment, and daily operations to ensure strong service and compliance. Must have 1+ year in service or retail with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications and related transactions.
• Perform daily outreach campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
