Circle K in Pleasanton, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced team. You will support the Store Manager, oversee stationstore operations, hire and supervise staff, manage daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising, and uphold our high service standards.

You will contribute to a strong food program, ensure on-site attendance, lead by example with urgency, patience and leadership, and help deliver fast, friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

Retail or store management experience preferred.
Ability to lead a team and manage daily store tasks.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Hire, supervise and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Support the food program and uphold quality and safety standards.
