Qualifications

• Retail experience is required or preferred.
• Experience supervising and managing staff.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
• Experience handling food items in a store environment.
• High school diploma or college degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K food program standards.
• Lead by example in customer care and team leadership.
• Demonstrate urgency, patience and leadership.
• Recruit, interview, hire and develop staff; manage delegation and follow-up.
