Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bay Minette, AL to oversee store operations, assist the Store Manager, and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service. This full-time position offers medical & other benefits, tuition reimbursement, and career growth within a large national retailer.

You will participate in hiring, training, scheduling, merchandising and daily bookkeeping while maintaining high standards and a strong customer focus. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience required.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• High School/College Degree(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Hire, supervise and coordinate staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
