"Is your passion in retail?" We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. "Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?" The Keyholder will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Own the business with an entrepreneurial spirit.
2. Create and ensure a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement of associates.
3. Possess the UNTUCKit CORE values.
4. Confidently train, coach and develop team members using UNTUCKit University training tools and resources.
5. Be able to adapt to an UNTUCKit selling culture.
6. Lead by example to motivate team and achieve maximum results.
7. Maintain all store operations and delegate responsibilities to sales team.
8. Manage inventory levels and provide feedback to impact local assortment.
9. Own visual merchandising standards in partnership with Visual team.
10. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Develop omni-channel experience.
12. Assist Store Manager in recruiting and maintaining a strong bench of candidates.
13. Maintain strong communication and partnership with Store Manager.
14. Proven experience as a Keyholder, Sales Lead, or Full-time manager.

16. Exhibit exceptional organization, accountability and leadership skills.
