The Normal Brand is hiring a hardworking, goal-oriented Assistant Store Manager for our West County Mall location. Join a fast-growing apparel company that values a high-energy, fun store environment and outstanding customer service.

Lead a team, manage daily operations, and drive revenue while upholding The Normal Brand standards. This full-time role requires 38–40 hours per week, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail apparel experience.
• Fast-paced environment; ready to learn from feedback.
• Experience working with and/or managing inventory.
• Superior organization and time management.
• Team player; takes ownership and has fun.
• Self-starter; data driven and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, develop and lead team to drive an excellent customer experience and revenue.
• Implement high customer service standards throughout the store and team.
• Create and maintain relationships with guests.
• Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
• Monitor inventory and replenish sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
• Provide feedback on product sell-through to Store Manager.
• Mentor and develop team through clear communication.
• Educate and train team on product knowledge.
• Support Store Manager on any aspect of the business.
• Embrace respectful communication in the workplace.
• Secure the store and ensure safety.
