Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Savannah store to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, driving sales, and upholding brand standards across in-store and omni-channel activities.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
