Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive sales and operational excellence, utilizing technology to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. This position reports to the Store Manager.

  2. Support the Store Manager and peers in training store associates to engage customers effectively.
  3. Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  4. Manage daily store activities aligned with company and store goals.
  5. Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance customer experience.
  6. Maintain store merchandising standards to facilitate easy shopping and add value.
  7. Provide feedback from all organizational levels to improve the business.
  8. Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  9. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and staff.
  10. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales targets.
  11. Ensure safety and security standards are upheld and address potential issues.
  12. Assist with unpacking inventory, which may involve lifting boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

What you bring to the team

  1. Minimum of 1 year management experience in retail; prior retail management experience is a plus.
  2. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, and nutrition.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and partners.
  4. Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
  6. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  7. Self-motivated, communicative, and able to motivate others.
  8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  10. Physical ability to move, stand, reach, and occasionally kneel or climb ladders.
  11. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Availability

  • Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
