Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at Scottsdale Quarter - Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Store Manager and team in training and engaging customers.
  • Driving customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Managing daily store activities in line with company goals.
  • Communicating inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
  • Maintaining store merchandising standards.
  • Providing feedback to improve business operations.
  • Achieving sales goals and maintaining safety standards.
  • Unpacking inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-year management experience in retail; prior retail management preferred.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with large teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adapt to schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with retail POS and inventory systems.
  • Applicants must be 18 or older.
