This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. You will learn how to manage a multi-million-dollar store, create successful teams, and serve as a community meeting place, setting a foundation for a career in store management and leadership.

The base pay depends on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Compensation is not typically at the top of the pay range initially, and the role is overtime eligible, though overtime hours are not guaranteed.
