Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Eddie Bauer #4263 Settlers' Green Outlet Village

Join us at Eddie Bauer as an Assistant Store Manager and support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that delivers excellent customer experiences. You will share responsibilities for store operations, visual merchandising, and team development, creating a positive environment for staff and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement action plans to meet sales goals and grow the business.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational skills to maximize revenue.
  • Engage with customers to foster relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
  • Support team development to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Oversee assigned responsibilities and be accountable for results.
  • Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are maintained.
  • Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Remain calm and effective during challenges or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Perform POS transactions and manage store functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Model company values including respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance metrics.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel to other store locations as needed.
