As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a team that delivers results through providing an exceptional customer experience. You will share responsibility for executing all store operations and maintaining an attractive store environment. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop action plans for business growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational procedures to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to foster relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Assist in developing team members committed to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee specific responsibilities and be accountable for results.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth.
• Remain composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform POS transactions and execute management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
• Proven success in exceeding sales and performance metrics.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
