The ROLE:

• Foster a culture focused on people development and generate enthusiasm for inventory control and stock movement
• Develop team succession plans and provide regular training to inspire continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor your team regularly, empowering them to be self-sufficient and maintain accurate store inventory levels
• Work with store leaders to understand customer needs during key store events and peak periods to maximize revenue
• Create an inclusive environment where team members can be themselves, recognizing that diversity enriches our culture
