Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives required
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required
• Exceptional customer service, organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills required

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions/concerns
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll/scheduling, and loss prevention
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure associates follow procedures
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop store associates
• Maintain clean, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff
• Keep store bathrooms clean, restocked, and store areas neat
• Other duties as assigned
