Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and operations.
• Support customer service and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to train and develop staff.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
