This is a full-time hourly position with a wage rate of $22.20 to $24.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and managing the team. Your role involves understanding store priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring policy compliance.

Skills & Experience:

• A passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends
• 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion
• Proven ability to inspire and manage diverse, high-performing teams
• Track record in driving sales, stock management, and service
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual standards
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
