This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management by teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and create a welcoming community meeting place. These foundational principles set partners up for success in store management and leadership careers.
**_Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you’ll learn how to:_**

The actual base pay depends on multiple factors, including knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is uncommon to be hired at the top of the pay range. The Assistant Store Manager position is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
