This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. The actual base pay depends on multiple factors, including knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is uncommon to be hired at the top of the pay range. The Assistant Store Manager position is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
