This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place that nurtures customers. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.
**_Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you will learn how to:_**

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, you will accrue vacation hours up to specified maximums depending on your role. In other states, vacation time starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours for roles at director or above.*
The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made based on individual circumstances. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
