Assistant Store Manager | Boston Copley Place

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that the store achieves or exceeds sales and profitability goals, as well as enhancing the David Yurman brand within the store and local market. This individual partners with the store management team to oversee adherence to operational policies and procedures. The assistant store manager will lead, coach, and support sales professionals with a focus on clientele development and providing a high level of customer service to create a luxury experience.

The David Yurman Boston Copley Assistant Store Manager will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan
  • Partner with sales professionals to meet their individual sales plans and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to meet the sales budget.
  • Demonstrate active sales leadership and client development on the sales floor.
  • Support sales professionals in closing sales.
  • Facilitate the success of special events at the retail store.
  • Stay current on industry trends to identify strategic sales opportunities.
  • Maintain visual presentation aligned with company vision and market needs.
