What you can expect:

  • Use effective communication skills to train and develop staff, deliver outstanding customer service, support business growth with the merchant group, and solve problems.
  • Lead the team to achieve positive results by supporting sales, managing profit and loss, and controlling inventory.
  • Foster a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship building, client base development, and excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with policies through regular management meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
  • Monitor performance, provide guidance, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Build community relationships through involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate performance issues and actively recruit suitable candidates.
  • Work flexible hours to oversee store operations.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety standards are met and empower staff to uphold these standards.
  • Maintain documentation related to Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Your profile:

  • BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of retail management experience in a specialty store.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and POS registers.
  • Effective communication with staff and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
