Position Details

Assistant Store Manager

Full-time

This person is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all facets of running a convenience store, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding staff, ordering supplies, training, leading staff in providing exemplary customer service, and communicating with company leadership.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 and able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Obtain Oklahoma Alcohol Serving License.
  • Retail/leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be available on weekends and evenings.
