Position Overview

The primary role of the Assistant Store Manager is to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective merchandising, managing expenses and inventory, training staff, human resources management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality and performance of the store staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example to motivate the team toward store goals and standards.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training store personnel.
  • Support performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Help manage expenses and develop strategies to meet budget goals.
  • Monitor store operations to prevent loss and ensure compliance with safety and business standards.
  • Train employees in selling and merchandising techniques.
  • Maintain high customer service standards to create a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work hours are up to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
