Position

Company Overview

BVLGARI, a renowned Italian designer known for its luxury jewels and watches, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Director and report to the East Coast Regional Director.

Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in driving the boutique's growth and maintaining the brand's image. Responsibilities include ensuring operational and visual standards, motivating the sales team, and representing the brand in the Store Director's absence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Development: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, identify HNWI clients, monitor KPIs, and enhance sales techniques through client engagement and events.
  2. Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards aligned with brand vision and control points.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and evaluate the sales team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  4. Training and Development: Collaborate with HR to support career growth and prepare the team for future roles.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail, with experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and strategic agility.
  • Proven track record of achieving business results.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and implement effective business actions.
  • Solid managerial background with skills in team nurturing and empowerment.
  • Understanding of the local retail market and client development.
  • Proficiency in merchandising and retail software (Beanstore, Salesforce, SAP).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
