Aspen Skiing Company is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Aspen Collection. This full-time role supports daily store operations, drives team performance, and ensures a premium guest experience across retail and seasonal rental locations.
The position acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence and reports to the Store Manager. The budgeted salary range is $63,000 - $75,600, with bonuses for salaried roles.

The Assistant Store Manager supports daily store operations, drives team performance, and ensures a consistent, elevated guest experience across AspenCollectionretail and seasonal rental locations. This role serves as a hands‑on leader responsible for developing team members, executing operational priorities, andmaintainingexceptional service, merchandising, rental, and operational standards. The Assistant Store Manager acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations,strong teamalignment, and a premium guest experience that reflects the Aspen Collection brand. This position reports to the Store Manager.
