This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen, all aimed at understanding store management. You will learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place that nurtures customers. These foundational principles set you up for success in store management and leadership careers.
Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and mentorship, you will learn how to:

Note: Vacation accrual varies by state and role level. The actual base pay depends on various factors, including experience, location, and internal policies. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
